Make the WU Alumni Network work for you. Here’s how:

Step 1: Create your profile

Keep your personal information current and upload your photo in order to complete your profile. The more personal and professional facts you add, the easier it is for former classmates to find you, but you decide who can see your data by customising your privacy settings for your directory profile.

Step 2: Search for alumni

To locate former classmates, colleagues or WU alumni in your area, search the networking tool by using the criteria below:

• Name
• Surname (including maiden name)
• Year of graduation
• Country (private)
• City (private)
• Company/employer current
• Country (business)
• City (business)
• Industry/field of work
• Wants
• Haves
• Interests and other organisations/associations

Step 3: Contact request

Invite fellow members into your personal network to share news and stay in touch. Once a contact request is confirmed, the newly added contact can be found in the directory of contacts.

Step 4: Your Contacts and visitors

Click on "Contacts" to see who has looked at your profile recently.

Step 5: Messages

The WU Alumni Network helps alumni to communicate with one another. The function "Compose Message" is available to all members. Incoming and outgoing messages can be retrieved from the "Inbox" at any time.

Step 6: Settings

Click on „Settings“ to change the password or to adjust any notification options. Users will automatically be notified of any incoming contact requests and messages.
